Celebrate your love in your own unique way!
With a celebrant-led ceremony, you are not restricted to where and when you can get married or what elements you can include. Many couples consider the ceremony the boring bit as they are unaware of all the options available to them. You’re free to create the wedding ceremony you dream of. It doesn’t have to take place only at licensed venues; it can be on a beach, in a woodland, in your home, garden, or wherever your imagination takes you. You are also not restricted by a particular script, set structure or time limit, this is your day, and it’s my role to listen to you and guide you if you would like so that you can have a ceremony that you’re excited about that you and your guests will enjoy.
Celebrant-led ceremonies are not legally binding in England and Wales; we are working hard to change this. Therefore, couples arrange to attend the registry office on a weekday with just two witnesses. This then gives you complete freedom to have a ceremony tailored to you without strict rules placed upon you. It is quick and inexpensive to do. You can participate in your everyday clothes, and there is no legal requirement to exchange rings or vows; you can save all of this fun part until your actual wedding day.

2. You choose me as your celebrant. Amazing!
You’ve decided you would love me to conduct your ceremony; this is exciting! I will send out a booking form and take a £100 deposit once received; that date is yours. I only take one ceremony per day, so you don’t need to worry if you change your ceremony time; I’m entirely flexible.
3. Let the fun begin.
Let’s get together so I can find out about your wedding day and get an idea of your style and vision for the day. This is an excellent time for me to hear anything you would love to include in your ceremony and to bounce ideas. Don’t worry if you’re not sure at this point, the plan for the ceremony will often happen naturally through our conversations, and your excitement will start to build.
4. Couples quiz.
I send out my couples quiz. This quiz helps me to truly personalise the ceremony incorporating words shared by each of you. This gives you time to sit down and think about your answers instead of me putting you on the spot.
5. Draft script.
You will receive your draft copy of your script one month before the wedding. I always aim to get it absolutely fantastic the first time; however, this is your script and the most magical day in your lives together, so you can make as many changes as you wish.
6. Finalised script.
Once you say yes, this is great, you’ve captured us, I then finalise the script for the big day. At this point, we were all counting the sleeps; I did warn you that i would get excited with you.
7. Check in.
A week before the wedding, I’ll get in touch to check in and see how you’re getting on and ensure everything is ready for the big day.
8. On the day.
I will arrive at least one hour early to meet and greet guests and ensure everything looks excellent and ready for your beautiful ceremony. I then conduct your ceremony with love, warmth and excitement, creating the most fantastic start to your wedding day. I stay around for a short while until I’m no longer needed, and then I head off quietly, leaving you to enjoy the rest of your fabulous day.

Choose the ceremony package that suits you
Sapphire Package
The Sapphire package includes as much time as needed to get to know you both and your vision for your ceremony. I will create a draft script, finalised when you’re both happy. I am on hand whenever you need me. I arrive early on the day and deliver a beautiful ceremony that has been handwritten just for you.
Ruby Package
In addition to the elements of the Sapphire package, I design a ceremony certificate based on your colours and theme, including the people you wish to sign with you during the ceremony. I arrive early on the day and deliver a beautiful ceremony that has been handwritten just for you. I also provide a beautifully presented copy of your script as a keepsake.
Diamond Package
A truly personalised package which includes all the elements of the Ruby package with the addition of unity ceremonies such as a Sand Ceremony, Cocktail Ceremony (if the venue allows), Hand Fasting, Wedding Time Capsule or Tree Planting Ceremony, to name a few.
